This quantitative-descriptive study evaluates the student delivery services provided by City University of Pasay's Office of Student Affairs (OSA) based on the updated Student Manual. A self-administered questionnaire completed by 1,209 students (14.8% of the student body) via random sampling was used in the study. To assess service quality and pinpoint areas for development, data analysis techniques included t-tests, weighted means, and response ranking. High satisfaction with information and orientation services, guidance and counselling services, and health services was identified as a key finding. But Safety and Security scored lower, indicating an improvement. Age-based perceptions of safety and Security showed notable differences. Students generally expressed favourable perceptions of key OSA functions, particularly Information and Orientation Services, Guidance and Counselling, and Health Services, all of which received high satisfaction ratings. These results highlight the effectiveness of the OSA in providing foundational support to students in crucial areas of academic and personal development. It is recommended to improve accessibility by providing multiple interactive mediums, boost security presence, upgrade campus facilities, and diversify the range of cultural and student-driven events.
