The study’s overall purpose was to determine how academic supervisors view the performance of BEED Teachers in public and private schools. A Sequential explanatory design study was conducted through a survey and interviews with 14 Department of Education academic managers from the selected elementary schools in the province of Pampanga. The study includes 14 supervisor respondents and 8 participants. The findings revealed that Bachelor of Elementary Education teachers performed exceptionally well on the job. They demonstrated strong subject-matter knowledge, effective communication skills, and a high level of commitment to the profession. Fulfilling the expectations of the academic supervisors. Though the overall level of supervisors’ satisfaction was high, further development in adapting to changing classroom dynamics and applying technology was identified as an area for improvement through seminars and training. The positive responses indicate the high quality of education provided by the university's BEED programs and the dedication of these graduates to teaching elementary education. Generally, the outcomes affirm the capability of the BEED Program to prepare its graduates for effective teaching careers, which is a sign of the need for further strengthening and further reinforcement of their capabilities in order to fit the demands of the profession.
