Archive Access and Preservation Policy

Archive Access
- All published issues are freely accessible through our journal website
- Past issues are organized chronologically by volume and issue number
- Each archived issue provides full-text access to all published articles in both HTML and PDF formats
- The complete archive can be accessed via the "Archives" tab in the main navigation menu

Digital Preservation
Dibon Journal of Languages (DJL) is dedicated to ensuring the permanent preservation and accessibility of all published scholarly work. Our comprehensive preservation strategy includes:

1. LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
- DJL participates in the LOCKSS program
- Enables libraries to collect, preserve, and provide access to journal content
- Ensures secure and permanent preservation

2. CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
- The journal intends to integrate with CLOCKSS
- Ensures long-term digital preservation
- Content stored in globally distributed network of archival libraries

3. Institutional Repositories
- Authors encouraged to deposit published articles
- Ensures wider accessibility
- Supports open-access policy compliance

4. Self-Archiving Policy
- Authors retain right to archive accepted manuscripts
- Can use personal/institutional repositories, preprint servers
- Must acknowledge journal as original publication source

5. Publisher's Backup System
- Dibon Publishing House maintains secure digital archives
- Ensures integrity and availability of published materials
- Protects against accidental data loss or system failures
