About the Journal

Dibon Journal of Education (DJE) (ISSN: 2978-0586) is an open-access peer-reviewed journal published by Dibon Publishing House (UK) (Company No. 16360108), published quarterly since 2025. DJE is dedicated to advancing rigorous scholarly research across a defined range of educational fields, with a particular focus on AI in education, contemporary challenges in teaching, learning, and educational policy.

Aims

DJE aims to advance knowledge and evidence-informed practice in education by publishing methodologically sound research that speaks to both scholars and practitioners. The journal seeks to foster meaningful dialogue between researchers, educators, and policymakers within the international educational community, and to make that scholarship freely and permanently available to readers worldwide.

Scope

The journal welcomes submissions across the following areas: educational leadership and school management; educational technology integration and technology-enhanced learning; AI in education; curriculum innovation and instructional design; educational assessment and evaluation; special and inclusive education; early childhood education; and educational psychology. We publish rigorous research employing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches.

What We Publish

DJE considers the following article types:

  • Original empirical research articles
  • Systematic and integrative literature reviews
  • Conceptual and theoretical papers
  • Case studies grounded in educational practice
  • Book reviews (by invitation or proposal)

Peer Review

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process in which each manuscript is assessed by at least two independent reviewers. Full details are available on our Peer Review Policy page.

Open Access and Licensing

DJE is a fully open-access journal. All articles are freely available immediately upon publication under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, and authors retain full copyright of their work. Publication Ethics

DJE is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All submissions are screened for originality prior to review. See our full Publication Ethics page.

Indexing and Abstracting

DJE is indexed and abstracted in Google Scholar, the British Library, the ISSN Portal (ISSN UK), the PKP Index, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, and Crossref. The journal is actively pursuing inclusion in additional databases, including DOAJ, ERIC, Scopus, and Web of Science.

Publication Frequency

DJE publishes 4 issues per year (March, June, September, and December). Authors may submit their manuscripts at any time throughout the calendar year.
