Dibon Journal of Education (DJE) is seeking a dedicated Associate Editor with strong research credentials to contribute to our publication's growth and academic excellence.
Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy
As a non-profit academic organization, our journal maintains a transparent fee structure where all charges are solely used to cover essential operational costs, including web hosting, domain maintenance, and technical support services.
Submission and Payment Timeline
- No payment is required during submission or peer review process
- Payment details and instructions are provided only after final acceptance
- Authors have 30 days from acceptance to complete payment
- Publication process begins only after payment confirmation
Publication Charges
As part of our launch, all articles published in Vol. 1, Issue 1 (January-March) will be completely free of charge. For subsequent issues starting from April onwards, authors will be required to pay an Article Processing Charges of £200 (approximately $250 USD) after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.
Fee Waivers and Discounts
- Authors from low-income countries may apply for a full or partial waiver
- PhD students may apply for a 25% discount with valid student ID
- To apply for a waiver, authors must send an email to editor@dibonjournals.com with their full name, institutional affiliation, manuscript title and abstract, and country of residence.

Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued after the article has been published
- Refunds for withdrawn articles will be considered on a case-by-case basis
